๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ The best Shanghai noodles in China are here ๐Ÿ’š

#Overseas travel #China #China travel #Shanghai #Shanghai restaurants ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ Shanghai, China (ไธญๅ›ฝไธŠๆตท) ๐Ÿ’š Spinach hand-pulled noodles (ๆ‰‹ๆ“€่ ่œ้ข) I'm currently traveling in Shanghai, China. There are so many delicious foods and restaurants in Shanghai. This time, I visited a noodle restaurant that is popular in Shanghai these days, Spinach hand-pulled noodles (ๆ‰‹ๆ“€่ ่œ้ข). Spinach noodles (่ ่œ้ข) are a traditional food of Xi'an, and you can taste them in Shanghai too. When you enter this restaurant, you can see the chef making spinach noodles. It's really mouth-watering to see the spinach noodles being made right by the chef's hands! I ordered the Spinach Noodles with 4 Side Dishes (็‰น่‰ฒๅ››ๅˆไธ€่ ่œ้ข) among the various spinach noodle menus and paid 28 yuan. This menu consists of four ingredients: jajang sauce (็‚ธ้…ฑ), braised beef, and tomato and egg. I first tried the spinach noodles separately, and they had a really fresh aroma and taste that I really liked. Also, since they are hand-pulled kalguksu noodles, the texture is chewy and they contain a lot of spinach, which is good for digestion. In particular, the tomatoes that came with them were soft and delicious because they were well-cooked. The spinach kalguksu at ๆ‰‹ๆ“€่ ่œ้ข was really delicious, so I wanted to eat another bowl, so I thought about ordering another bowl, but the portion was so big that I was full and couldn't eat more. If you want to try special hand-pulled kalguksu in Shanghai, I highly recommend ๆ‰‹ๆ“€่ ่œ้ข ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ’š
