Miss it, and you'll have to wait until next year.😭 My friend and I👭, who loves this place, just heard that they've launched their golden shad wontons, so we came to savor the taste of spring. Fresh shad wontons paired with a shimmering golden broth—each wonton holds the flavor of spring. Thin-skinned and generously filled, they're handmade and exceptionally tasty.😋 The shad broth plain noodles, also made with shad broth, are delicious even just as a broth! The noodles are firm and smooth, and a bowl of fish broth is so comforting. They're typically only available from March to May, so now is the perfect time to enjoy them. Besides these, the shimmering golden Crab Roe Gold and the Steamed Crab Roe🦀 are also excellent! Thanks to this delicious menu, they've become the only crab roe noodle brand on the 2024 Must-Eat List for Shanghai. If you come to Shanghai and don't try this place,🤣 you're really missing out.
