July 2020, Dongjiao State Guest Hotel Shanghai...

Starting today, I'm going to review the hotels I stayed at in Shanghai during the pandemic. I couldn't leave Shanghai during the summer vacation, so I took my parents to stay at Dongjiao State Guest Hotel for three nights. I remember it was very cheap at the time, CNY 880/night including breakfast. There were very few people at breakfast, so it was relatively simple. The rooms at Dongjiao State Guest Hotel are very old-fashioned and relatively old. It felt very crowded, and there were no family-friendly facilities. The best features are the garden view and swimming pool. The scenery is really beautiful, and the standard swimming pool is great for swimming.
