Shanghai Shamei Building

Recently, I went on a Citywalk in Shanghai and visited the Shamei Building. Looking up at this century-old building from the sidewalk felt like visiting an old grandfather, as if it were telling its life story to the world. The Shamei Building was originally a bank and a foreign firm. After being acquired and preserved as a hotel, it was reopened to the public. The hotel retains its original features, and besides the restaurant balcony on the second floor where you can take photos, guests who choose a room with a balcony can step out and take pictures with a view facing the Pearl Tower.
