I've heard about the Anandi Hotel and Spa from my friends, and finally got the chance to try it out when I came here for dinner. I didn't bring a swimsuit this time, so I had to give up on the hot spring and try out their classes instead. I arrived at 3pm, just in time for the aromatherapy class. It was a very interesting class. It started with smelling, and I felt myself slowly relaxing and immersing in the class. They gave us a bracelet, and after dropping some essential oil on it, I found my own unique scent. At 4pm, I attended a Yin therapy class. With the help of singing bowls, it felt like a sleep class. As someone who usually has light sleep, it was quite therapeutic for me. Especially when the bowl was struck, I felt the sound echoing in my ears over and over again, and my mind quieted down. Don't miss out on the rest area on the 2nd floor. You can lie down and relax, or enjoy some delicious food. There's a variety of fruits and imported juices to choose from, and there's even Häagen-Dazs ice cream! Their toiletries are also satisfactory and quite complete. If I had to point out a flaw, it would be that the place is too big and it's easy to get lost. But don't worry, the service here is great. Just tell them where you want to go, and someone will guide you there.
