At the Crystal Garden Chinese Restaurant in the Westin Hotel, I tasted the last flavor of this summer. The restaurant mainly serves local Shanghai dishes, and incorporates the elegant Cantonese + Huaiyang flavors. It does not pursue the stimulation of the taste buds, but highlights the true taste of the food. ♨️I ate the local smoked fish fried with perch, the refreshing and non-greasy spring rolls, the refreshing and soft green bean chicken head rice, and even a bowl of traditional Shanghai hot and sour soup.
