Shanghai City Walk | A Complete Guide to a One-Day Flower Viewing Tour in March

Shanghai, the city that I call the 'Magic City' in my heart, has truly given me such a big surprise. Fields of cherry blossoms, magnificent magnolias, and tulips have already bloomed with abandon, showing off the colors of spring. 🌸 This is the large cherry blossom forest located in Jing'an District, Shanghai. Wow, it's so beautiful that a casual snapshot looks like it was taken by a professional photographer. 📷 If you come to Shanghai and want to experience this grand feast of flowers, remember to go to Gate 1 of Jing'an Sculpture Park, and guess what, there's no admission fee at all! 📍️ That's right, the 'bus to spring' is right here, waiting for you in a most romantic way. I encountered one right outside my hotel, so romantic!! It felt like entering the scene of those romantic movies, truly beautiful. 😍️ Oh my, I have to share my exclusive flower viewing route with everyone. After a hearty brunch in the morning, you can cycle to Jing'an Sculpture Park to take pictures of the cherry blossoms. In the afternoon, I highly recommend a city walk near the Bund, casually capturing the tulips of the Bund, and the following week will be their prime time. Itinerary: Jiujiang Road️ ➡️ The Bund Central Square️ ➡️ Peace Hotel️ ➡️ Sassoon House️ ➡️ China Postal Museum️ ➡️ Zhapu Road Bridge️ ➡️ Waibaidu Bridge️ ➡️ Jiangyuan. A few photography tips: 1. The surrounding overpasses might be congested, so if you live nearby, I recommend cycling there, so you can better enjoy the roadside scenery. 2. If you want to include the crowd in your shot, or prefer to take pictures without people, go earlier. The early-blooming pink cherry blossoms are expected to last for a week. Of course, in addition to cherry blossoms 🌸, the park also has tulips and plum blossoms. For those who like to take portraits, you can bring a small stool or stand on the steps to take pictures, the angle is fantastic 👍. And, try to use a telephoto lens for shooting, it can avoid the crowd and capture that unique Japanese style. 😊
