What left a deep impression on us on the Executive floor was Mathew, whose cocktail mixing skills, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail were the best. 【Highly Recommended】Trio of Martini Experience the cocktails during the Wine Night from 8 pm to 10 pm. They are all freshly mixed. Definitely try the Trio of Martini, three different flavors, two of which are very suitable for ladies, and the white spirit-based one is more suitable for men with a good capacity for alcohol, using Shanghai's special white spirit. Mathew also helped to mix several original cocktails according to personal preferences. We all liked them and noted down a recipe to try at home—30ml coffee liqueur, 20ml rum and vodka, 5ml gin, a drop of bitters, and 1 mint leaf. This drink is now called 'Mathew'. During this time, there were also small cakes and chocolates, all quite delicious.
