Scena is a stunning Italian Restaurant located in the Ritz-Carlton Shanghai-Pudong with a breathtaking panorama of the iconic Bund. Dining on the 52nd floor of this prestigious hotel allows for scenic, aerial views of the city and front row seats to the nightly Bund light show. A 6pm seating offers a viewing of the sunset while watching the restaurant transform from day to night, with glistening decor and lighting ideal for an intimate evening. Dinner was divine. It included Handmade Ravioli stuffed with Lamb, Artichokes, and Pecorino Cheese Fondue, Baked Herb Chicken with Roasted Potatoes, and “Alaska on Fire”. The ravioli was amazing; I almost ordered 2 portions! The chicken was succulent and seasoned to perfection. Dessert was sweet and creamy with a light crisp.
