¡Plaza de España! Seville's Plaza de España is also called Plaza de España! Perhaps this place became even more famous because of the Kim Tae-hee CF 😂 This Plaza de España was built by architect Anibal Gonzalez as a venue for the 1929 Spanish-American Exposition. There are towers on both sides of the building surrounding the crescent-shaped plaza, and if you go up the stairs to the upper floor of the building, there is a photo spot where you can see Plaza de España at a glance! There is also a canal in front of the building, so you can ride a small gondola. It rained the day I went, so I couldn't ride the gondola. :( The walls of the building on the square are painted with tile mosaics depicting historical events from all over Spain. I vividly remember this as the most atmospheric and beautiful square I've ever seen.
