When I looked it up, I found out that the tendons were removed every day, so the meat was soft. This is the best lamb skewer I’ve ever had.... Not only lamb skewers, but also mala-tang and kkoboreou are all delicious!! Mala Tang isn’t super spicy, but it’s delicious to eat with lamb skewers, and kkoboreou is sweet and good.
