Ihwa Mural Village New Cafe, ‘San 1-1’

The cafe was nice, but the road to get there was even better. Two years ago, I had been to a cafe called ‘Tertre’ near this neighborhood with my close friend. Looking back at the photos I took back then, I think it was fall. The cafe I visited back then was also quite high up, so the climb up was tough and I sweated a lot. This cafe, ‘San1-1’, is about a 20-minute hike from Dongdaemun Station, so I thought ‘this is going to be tough,’ but when I actually got up there, it was less tough than I expected. Maybe it was because it was cold and not too hot, but it was just right. Maybe my stamina has improved since two years ago. I don’t know why, but if someone were to tell me to go here, I would tell them to go in the winter.
