When I visited in person, I was impressed by the quality of the meat and the grilling service of the skilled staff. The pork neck is a harmonious blend of rich meat juice, subtle flavor, and soft texture that melts in your mouth. Even the rice for the side dish is not ordinary. The ‘Kukomi rice’, which was consulted by a Japanese chef, is a premium rice with a rich flavor, and when topped with raw horseradish, meat, and side dishes, it becomes a full meal in itself. The fresh truffle Jjapaghetti enjoyed as a delicacy was also impressive.
