The portion is so generous that you might doubt if it's really a set menu, but the clean and spicy broth feels like it's curing a hangover you didn't even have. The pollack meat, roe, milt, and even the radish soaked in the broth are simply fantastic! The bossam is thickly sliced and particularly noteworthy.
