I went there around 9 PM, and there weren’t many people. There are benches available, so you can relax and fully enjoy the night scenery! There’s also a spot nearby where you can exercise, so it might be a good idea to visit while working out! You can even see Lotte Tower from here, making it a two-for-one experience!
