Gangnam Wine Bar VINOVIS: A Sip of Fritz Beethoven

Located in a quiet alley in Gangnam-gu, VINOVIS is the perfect spot to enjoy wine in a serene atmosphere, thanks to its subtle lighting and stylish interior. The space is ideal for quiet conversations, making it suitable for both dates and solo wine sessions. On this visit, I ordered the Kim Bas Aglio e Olio. This unique pasta harmonized the nutty flavor of seaweed, the fragrant aroma of basil, and the rich taste of garlic. Its savory and deep flavors paired wonderfully with the wine. The wine I chose was Fritz Beethoven Riesling Spätlese, a German white wine with a refreshing yet subtle sweetness. Not only did it complement the food perfectly, but its aroma and lingering finish were truly satisfying.
