I visited a small Western restaurant called ‘Guo’ located in a quiet alley near Seongshin Women’s University Station. The exterior has a calm and sensual atmosphere, but the interior has a cozy feel with dim lighting and warm tones. We ordered anchovy pasta, grilled porcini potatoes, and two glasses of white wine. The pasta was quite salty and savory, so it went really well with the wine. The grilled potatoes had a strong mushroom flavor and a soft texture, so it was perfect to eat with the wine we shared. The restaurant is small, but thanks to the atmosphere, it felt like we were having a private meal, and the owner was calm and kind, so we enjoyed it even more comfortably.
