I visited Everything Bagel in Yeonhui-dong, which has a New York-like atmosphere! I first went there when I started looking for good bagel places, and it was perfect for my taste, so I often just pack bagels from this place. I've tried all the different flavors of bagels here, and they're all delicious. The Kimchi Cheese flavor is a must-try if you like kimchi like I do! It's fascinating how they infused the kimchi flavor into the bagel. Overall, the texture is chewy yet firm. I know it's a New York-style bagel, and the owner once closed the shop for a long time to go on a bagel exploration trip to New York. This time, I tried a sandwich for the first time. When you order the Cream Cheese and Lox, they ask which bagel you want, and I chose the blueberry bagel. It was my first time having a bagel sandwich, and as expected, the owner, who is passionate about bagels, made it incredibly delicious. Bagel sandwiches can feel a bit heavy and burdensome, but it was perfect with black coffee.
