You can change the liver sashimi and senmai sashimi platter to liver only. No smell at all! The sweetness of the generously served liver sashimi is irresistible. It's also fun to watch the energetic mother busily preparing the food. They welcomed me even though I was alone. There are explanations in Japanese on the photos on the wall.
