From the moment you step inside, you know this establishment is special amongst the thousands of BBQ restaurants in Korea. The walls are lined with celebrity autographs; lines of locals and tourists from around the world are waiting patiently for a table; and the in-house butcher shop is preparing fresh beef 24 hours a day without rest 🕑🥩🔪. The highlight of the menu is undoubtedly the grilled beef, a dish that embodies the essence of Korean barbecue at its finest. Each slice of beef is carefully selected and the grilling process is an art here—executed with precision to ensure that the meat retains its juiciness while developing a perfect char. The result is beef so tender it practically melts in your mouth, with a flavor profile that’s deeply satisfying yet never overwhelming. Another standout dish is the yeokhae, a Korean beef tartar.
