[Seoul] Samgyeopsal at a local restaurant

Introducing a samgyeopsal restaurant we went to in Seoul. The nearest station is Gasa Station. It's about a 7-minute walk from the station. We took a taxi in Seoul, as it's cheap. We arrived around 5:00 p.m., so there were not many customers. We ordered samgyeopsal, pork belly, and pork ears. ⚠️Caution⚠️ Please note that they only speak Korean. The style is to grill the meat yourself. I asked the staff to grill it for me, but since it was a one-man operation, they told me to grill it myself. I tried my best to grill it, but I was so bad that the staff ended up grilling all the important parts for me, which I was very grateful for. Korean people are kind, even if you don't speak the same language. The sauce is light. They also bring miso chige at the beginning, but that might not suit Japanese tastes? The taste may vary depending on the day, but it was quite salty. I searched on Google and found that the key to grilling pork ears is to cook them until they are crispy, so I cooked them slowly. Because there is more fat on one side, the fat splashes around while cooking, so be careful. Soon after, it reached peak time and the place was packed with customers!
