Coex Starfield Healthy Vegan Restaurant Plantude🍀

Plantuth, located on the first basement floor of COEX Starfield, is a vegan restaurant introduced by Pulmuone. From tofu gangjeong to yurin-gi, pasta, tteokbokki, etc., there are various menus that are healthy and delicious as vegans, so my appetite was whetted. I tried the healthy eggplant rice bowl and soft tofu stew. The stew had tomatoes, soft tofu, and vegetables, and although it used healthy ingredients, the taste was completely worldly! I highly recommend the hot soup. The rice bowl with eggplant, meat, and other vegetables on top of oatmeal rice mixed with seasoning is also a very filling meal and the portion is large! The first branch is in COEX Mall and the second branch is in Yongsan I-Park Mall, and the second branch in particular has introduced a smart farm to provide customers with fresher vegetables.
