Fine Ice Cream Dining, Gamdong Review. It is a high-end dessert restaurant located in Seoul Forest Wilderness (D Tower Seoul Forest). The interior is overall modern and luxurious, with a calm and clean atmosphere. However, the space itself is not large, and the tables are spaced closely together, so the space itself is noisy and does not match the concept of fine dining. We ordered the signature menu, Pebble Basil Field and Maldon Salt Shake. The Pebble Basil Field ice cream was so perfectly balanced that even I, who hates basil, enjoyed it. The Maldon Salt Shake, which uses Maldon Salt, a traditional British royal salt, had pretzel pieces in it, so it was very filling. The texture was soft and clean, like when milk is slightly frozen and then thawed. The clean and light milk mixed with a salty salt flavor goes down smoothly. The menu as a whole is not too sweet, and the light and rich flavor of milk is deep, so I definitely recommend it to those who like milk or ice cream desserts!
