[Ogawa] The standard for sushi omakase

I visited Ogawa, a famous sushi omakase restaurant in Gwanghwamun. I was surprised that it could accommodate up to 20 people at a time, but the chef took 3 minutes. It's a mid-level omakase, but it seems to be really cost-effective. The basic base is flounder, sweet shrimp, scallops, aburi engawa, abalone, mackerel, and chudoro, etc. The quality of the neta is really good. The real aburi engawa is thick and has a great smoky flavor. The fried food that comes out in the middle is also very crispy and delicious, and it tastes clean without any fishy smell. It was also fun to sit right in front of the chef and watch him.
