The brown rice is soaked for over 17 hours before cooking, and the grilled short ribs are made with finely chopped Jeju pork and burdock, offering a unique flavor. Additionally, there is lotus root and tofu with homemade soy sauce glaze, tangy radish water kimchi flavored with apple, pear, and vegetables, as well as vegetable pancakes made with pumpkin, chives, and chili.
