Yeonhui-dong Cafe Ma: A Dessert Haven

Yeonhui-dong Cafe Ma is a dessert hotspot known for its coffee and seasonal ice creams. This is a place I keep coming back to, especially for their seasonal ice creams. The jasmine flavor was delightful, with a milky and aromatic taste that spreads as soon as it touches your palate. The subtle rose aroma blended beautifully with the tangy strawberry puree, creating a harmonious balance. Their strawberry roll cake, shaped like Budapest, was absolutely delicious! The fresh strawberries embedded in the cream paired well with the vanilla-tonka-like flavor and a hint of spicy cardamom. The almond-flavored dacquoise-like base was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making it feel light and airy.
