If you miss the meal time, you don't have to queue and can go straight into the store. The exterior and interior of the restaurant retain the old flavor, and there are old waiters in uniform who will help seat and greet customers. Inside the store, you can see traces of many celebrities who have patronized this restaurant. The suckling pig here is roasted in a traditional wood-fired oven, with the skin being super crispy but the meat inside still incredibly tender. If a group of people order food, you might even get to see a show of cutting the suckling pig with a plate. One of the highlights is that they will shred the plate after cutting to show that the plate is real ceramic and the meat is so tender that it can even be cut with a plate.
