Day 1: - Pike Place Market (a popular place for both locals and tourists, and it is also home to the world's first Starbucks!) - The Gum Wall - Olympic Sculpture Park Day 2: - University of Washingtong - Kerry Park (to watch the sunset with a view of the Space Needle) - Gas Works Park (to see a view of Lake Union) Day 3: - Walk around Chinatown - Space Needle (we didn't go up because the entrance fee is very expensive, around $34-$39) Summary: 1. Overall, we consider Seattle to be one of the safest cities in the United States, despite the large number of homeless people. But they don't interfere with each other. 2. The cost of living is high, for example a meal costs around $13-$15. 3. Public transportation is convenient and widespread, both in the city and from the airport into the city.
