A stunning hotel that feels like it's not even in Pattaya anymore! Here's a review of Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach, A Concept by Hyatt. Deciding to stay at this hotel was an easy choice. Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach is part of the Hyatt group and is their first property in Pattaya. It’s undoubtedly one of the most luxurious hotels in the area. Located on a 40-rai plot of land with over 200 rooms, the hotel sits on the serene Tawanron Beach in the Bang Saray area. From the moment I stepped out of the car, I was impressed. The staff greeted me by name right away, and their service was exceptional, especially in the restaurant and front desk areas. It’s clear that the staff here are well-trained. Even the General Manager was friendly and approachable, coming over to greet guests personally. I booked a 1 King Bed Garden View room, which is 50 square meters in size. The room was beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything you could need. If the standard room is this good, I can only imagine how amazing the other rooms are. The layout was thoughtfully planned, and the minibar was complimentary (except for alcoholic beverages). The in-room amenities were from PAÑPURI, adding a touch of luxury. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of dishes and the option to order as much as you like. The food was genuinely delicious, and the selection was impressive. The swimming pools were gorgeous, with several options spread throughout the hotel. Overall, my experience was flawless. I have no complaints and am confident that Andaz will become a top choice for guests, rivaling other luxury hotels in the area.
