Sapporo Maruyama Zoo

#SapporoTourism My first visit to Maruyama Zoo! I usually go to Asahiyama Zoo, but this one is not that big, but we could see many kinds of animals in a compact space, and it was a lot of fun✨ The kids were running around and having a great time looking at the exhibits😊 Maybe because of COVID, there was a limit on admission to avoid crowds, so it took about 20 minutes to enter the reptile house, but apart from that, it's a very nice zoo💡´- The galettes at the center house are also very chewy, so if you're careful with the buckwheat flour, you can enjoy a delicious lunch🍴 There are few places to sit when it's crowded, so I recommend bringing a mat so you can sit on the grass. We visited the zoo during cherry blossom season, and there were families here and there resting on mats during lunchtime, which was very relaxing😊 Maruyama Zoo is located near the city, so if you're ever near Sapporo, be sure to visit🦁🦒🐘🦅✨
