😍😍 When visiting Sapporo, Hokkaido, finding delicious food is a top priority❗ While Hokkaido, Sapporo, and Tanukikoji are overflowing with delicious food, if you don't do your homework and rely solely on your surroundings, you're likely to stumble upon or miss out. The delicious food I discovered this time is located in the basement of a small shopping mall in Tanukikoji's 5-chome area. Actually, I've passed by this little place many times but never discovered it! The name of the place is "USHITOSKANA." The restaurant is decorated in traditional Japanese style and run by two chefs. They specialize in Japanese cuisine, complemented by innovative designs and live sashimi grilled right in front of customers, making ordinary seafood bowls a visual and flavorful delight. And the beef bowl, which is a must-try, is simply delicious, yet it's mouth-watering. They also offer foie gras, delicious fried chicken, dumplings, and ramen...
