Free coffee tasting

I tend to visit a lot of coffee places and even more so when I find out about speciality coffee shops. This is amongst the few few ones that actually offer you free coffee tasting. They serve samples of their manual brew coffee together with the beans on a table in the middle so customers can try in a little glass and decide which bean they should order. I love that! They have you whiff the freshness of the grind before they make you the coffee. I love when people take that sort of interest and offer such inclusive experiences. It's got a lot of varieties. To those new to this game, I would recommend picking something light. I tried a double fermented coffee bean from china.
