#2024wish The Ishiya Chocolate Factory in Sapporo, Hokkaido brings the chocolate magic to life. The famous Shiroi Koibito (white lovers) cookies are made with delicious white chocolate sandwiched in between two delicate soft butter cookies. In the Museum, you can see the process of making the cookies. There are restaurants in there too. You can watch a show in the Courtyard every hour.
