I had Sapporo miso ramen at Sapporo Ramen Daiko, a long-established ramen shop founded in 1966. I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks of miso ramen when traveling to Sapporo and eating it☺️ I wanted to try the ramen of a long-established ramen shop that has been popular in Sapporo for many years. With that in mind, I went into the shop. The simple "Miso Ramen", "Soy Sauce Ramen", and "Salt Ramen" are all 900 yen. They also sell high-end ramen such as "Scallop Butter Ramen (1,800 yen)"🫣 Of course, they also have the standard side dishes of Chinese restaurants such as "Fried Rice (800 yen)" and "Gyoza (500 yen)". This shop continues to make "authentic Sapporo ramen with medium-thick, curly noodles based on chicken and pork" with repeated ingenuity. The shop has table seats and counter seats lined up.
