Daxiao Dongtian Beach - Sanya - 🇨🇳

Strolling on the beach of Daxiao Dongtian is the perfect plan to spend a relaxed time in the morning or afternoon in Sanya. The beach is located in a well preserved area and the entire place is kept clean and tidy. Walking along the sea aside of the beautiful views is definitely a good way to recharge batteries, boost Vitamin D and burn some unwanted calories. It feels always great to soak the feet in the warm clean water while enjoying the sound of the waves. It is a special moment for those of us who live far from the beach. Sunscreen is a must however I recommend to avoid noon time as the heat could be unbearable. Early morning or afternoon is a pleasant time. As this is a beach conservation area you are not allowed to swim. #passionpassport #holidays #exploring #sanya #china

Exploring the Majestic Big Small Cave Sky in Sanya: A Rock Lover’s Paradise Sanya, the tropical jewel of Hainan Island, is famous for its golden beaches and crystal-clear waters. But beyond the coastline, there’s a hidden gem that promises a unique adventure for nature enthusiasts and thrill-seekers alike: Big Small Cave Sky (Da Xiao Dong Tian). This stunning park, filled with dramatic rock formations, offers an unforgettable experience amidst the natural beauty of Sanya’s inland landscape. Welcome to Big Small Cave Sky: A Geological Wonder The Big Small Cave Sky isn’t a cave at all – it’s a fascinating rock park that’s home to towering boulders, unique rock formations, and expansive views of the surrounding mountains. Named for its impressive collection of both large and small rocks scattered throughout the park, the area is a geological wonder that draws visitors from all over the world. The Rock Formations: Nature’s Sculptures What makes Big Small Cave Sky truly special is its incredible rock formations. As you wander through the park, you’ll encounter rocks of all shapes and sizes, many of which have been naturally sculpted by wind and water over millions of years. Some formations resemble animals, others evoke images of ancient temples, and some are so uniquely shaped that they look like they belong on another planet. One of the most famous formations in the park is the “Sky Gate Rock”, a large arch that allows visitors to pass underneath and experience a true sense of wonder. As you look up at these towering structures, you can’t help but feel awe-struck by the power of nature in shaping this landscape. Along the way, you’ll also find observation platforms that provide the perfect opportunity to take in the vast landscape and capture some stunning photos. The combination of dramatic rock formations and expansive views makes this one of the most picturesque spots in Sanya. #discoverchina #sanya #daxiaodongtian
