Luhuitou Park

Loved the views here - they are beautiful! We came to see the sun set! We caught the shuttle bus to the top rather than walk and it took about 5 minutes to get to the almost top. The walk would have been steep but punctuated with pit stops for taking in the views and vending machines. If walking, it’s pavement all the way up on a constant incline. Once dropped off, you can continue up a bit further and climb some steps to see the deer statue (which is actually a bit tacky I think lit up in purple, but it seemed to be a real draw for the Chineese visitors) There are a few shops at the top and an opportunity to get some tat and a drink etc. The view from this vantage is stunning and we were glad we caught the sunset.
