✨ On the way to the Size Cave Heaven with the kids, we happened to pass by the Bougainvillea Science and Expo Park and were instantly amazed by its beauty, so we decided to get off and visit, resulting in an unexpected surprise. It's like Sanya's version of Monet's Garden⛲️ ✨ This is Hainan's first bougainvillea scientific research and expo-type park, located in Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City, currently displaying about 450 varieties of bougainvillea germplasm resources. In the next five years, it will be linked with the national bougainvillea germplasm resource bank construction project, and the number of varieties used could exceed 1,000. 📍 Location: 180 meters southwest of the intersection of G98 Hainan Ring Expressway and Yacheng Interchange, just search for Bougainvillea Science and Expo Park in the navigation system to get there. 🚘 Transportation: You can drive there, about an hour's drive from downtown Sanya ✨ Practical Information: ✅ The common bougainvillea colors are mainly red and purple, but here the bougainvilleas bloom in a variety of colors, including yellow, white, green, and more, with different varieties, color systems, shapes, and heights, which are very pleasing to the eye. ✅ The park is divided into five major exhibition areas - the Flower Forest Area, Flower Creek Area, Flower Terrace Area, Flower Field Area, and Flower Hill Area. After a tour, you'll learn a lot about different varieties of bougainvillea, which is quite enlightening. ✅ The Welcome Tower is the visual focal point of the Bougainvillea Science and Expo Park, resembling the Canton Tower, and is an artistic installation that integrates art, architecture, and natural flowers. ✅ The Scientific Research Expo Center is located in the Flower Hill Area and is an extension of the outdoor garden, with more than 250 varieties of bougainvillea brought indoors for planting.
