Wat Wang Wiwekharam

It is the temple of “Luang Pho Uttama” who is respected by the Thai, Mon, Karen and Burmese people who live in that area. But at present, it is the place where the body of Luang Pho Uttama remains after his death is enshrined. Inside the chapel located by the river, there is a beautiful marble Buddha statue that the locals call Luang Pho Khao. There is also a large mammoth ivory that Luang Pho Uttama received as a gift and brought to be seen.
