A small museum that introduces you to the historical times in the rise of the California and in turns most of the American banking and investment industry. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a great place to discover not just Wells Fargo history but San Francisco history and banking history. Well worth the trip. Free admission to a great museum telling the story of Wells Fargo and the Gold Rush in general. I thought it was interesting and like the old stage coach on display. There were some other historical items on display as well. Really worth visiting here, if you are close by.
