3 days 2 nights itinerary in Salzburg - Austria 🇦🇹

#springitinerary Visiting to the Salzburg in the spring and this is definitely one of my favourite destination in Europe!!! Below are the itinerary of mine including the historical sites and natural beauty: Day 1: - Begin the day to explore the UNESCO heritage old town from the Mirabell Palace - Shooting place of the movie: Sound of Music. - Passing by the birthplace of Mozarts, walk to the Makartsteg bridge to overlook the old town view with the river along, and continue to satiate your shopping desire in the Getreidegasse street surrounded by Baroque architectures. Do not miss out the Mozart house nearby as well. - During the sunset time, take the furnicular ride up to the Salzburg fortress or hike up by walking to enjoy the panoramic city view or catch the pictures with the sunset here. Day 2: - Take a day trip to the Hallstatt and enjoy at least a half day there for the natural beauty: Transportation: * Salzburg takes bus 150 (Platform F) to bad ischl (1.5 hrs) * from bad ischl takes bus 542/543 to Gosaumuhle (20 min) * From Gosaumuhle takes bus to Hallstatt Lahn (5 min) Day 3: - Have a wonderful breakfast in Gustav and depart to the new destination.
