[England] Walking around Salisbury

Salisbury (pronounced Salisbury) is about an hour and a half away by train from London. Locals say that there is nothing there except the cathedral, but as a tourist, I enjoyed my walk because I could see a typical cute English country town. The cathedral is a historic building built in the 1200s, and the architecture of the cloister surrounding the courtyard is majestic but not outdated, making it a wonderful space. In addition, a copy of the Magna Carta is on display. The admission fee is 9 pounds, I think. There were many people relaxing on the surrounding lawn, and it felt like a place of relaxation for the locals. I visited on a Sunday, so there was a mobile amusement park in the shopping district, making it a lively day.
