It was canceled on November 2nd due to rain. The weather cleared up on November 3rd, but the wind was strong, so the balloons did not fly 😭 But it was a last chance to cry!! Maybe they will fly on the morning of November 4th? Hoping for that, I left my hotel early in the morning and headed to the venue 🚗³₃ On the way, I found out that the balloons would be going up, so I parked my car at Saga Station and headed there by rental bicycle 🚲 (This time, the tournament was canceled, so the tournament parking lot and station were closed. Since the trains do not stop at Balloon Saga Station, the only way to go was to walk, cycle, or drive to a nearby area.)
