🇪🇸A Dish You MUST EAT in Ronda🐂

🇪🇸Radiant Ronda🇪🇸 Of course we had to try the specialty dish of Ronda, Rabo de toro a la rondeña (Ronda style oxtail)🐂 It is THE dish to have when you visit Ronda, we did not hesitate at all🥰 We had it at a famous and well recommended restaurant for having this dish, Toro Tapas, a place highly recommended and easy to find as well. This is the most famous hearty stew made from a bull’s tail.The flavours, and the meat was so tender and juicy from the red wine, and served with fries. It’s a traditional dish in the town, and generally eaten in the winter to ward off the cold through being a hearty dish. We also has some tapas and another meat dish which was also so tasty we dipped our bread in the sauce. Washed it down with a very sweet wine which I must say was too sweet for my liking but went well with the meats.
