#OverseasTravel The inevitable thing to do when you get to Rome is to go to the mouth of truth for a lie test! This giant marble from the ancient Roman period with a gaping mouth is allegedly a river god. There is a legend ~ just put your hand into your mouth, if there is a lie, your hand will be bitten by the mouth ~ There are long queues here 😄 but it won't take long because everyone is reaching in to take a picture. Then you can enter the church next to it, which was built in the 6th century and has a very long history. It is quite quaint inside. #Italian travel #Europe travel #overseas travel
