San Pietro church

#springwander St. Peter's Square is a square in Vatican City, the capital of Christianity. As the gateway to Vatican City, many Christians and tourists visit it every day. The circular colonnade, which is said to be the pinnacle of religious architecture, surrounds the square to welcome believers as the end of the pilgrimage. The 140 statues of saints overlooking the square from the top of the parapet of the colonnade are very powerful. Not only St. Peter's Cathedral, but also the "Egyptian Obelisk", which is about 41 metres high, and the Baroque fountain, everything you see is overwhelmingly beautiful.
