Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano

I came to the Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano in Rome, Italy. This is a cathedral that is not often introduced in guidebooks, but I was surprised when I went inside. It may be the most amazing cathedral in Rome! First of all, there are almost no tourists, so you can have the gorgeous and intricate interior and sculptures of the cathedral almost all to yourself. This was the best place because there was no entrance fee and I didn't have high expectations.
