Family-Run Hotel in the Historic Center of Rome

Residenza Maritti is a family-run hotel located in the center of Rome, at Via Tor De' Conti 17. The famous Colosseum is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are many great restaurants and cafes nearby. The subway and bus stations are also within easy reach, making it very convenient to get around! 🚌🚇 🏛 The location is excellent, not only close to major attractions such as the Roman Forum and the Colosseum, but also very quiet. The warm welcome we received when we checked in made us feel right at home. The front desk staff not only provided detailed information about the surrounding area, but also recommended some great restaurants. The hotel is old, but the interior is modern and stylish. 🏨 The room was very spacious and clean, and very comfortable. The bed was very large and comfortable. The bathroom was larger than most hotel bathrooms and had a modern shower. Breakfast is served in a small restaurant next door, with a wide variety of delicious coffee, fruit, meat, cheese, and bread to start your day off right. 🥐🍇 🏞 The hotel's rooftop garden is one of the best places to see Rome. Just looking at the Colosseum and the Roman Forum from here is worth the price of admission. The Prosecco and snacks provided by the hotel made the evening on the rooftop even more enjoyable. Every night I watched the sunset from the rooftop, enjoying the beautiful scenery and delicious food, and I didn't want to leave. 🌅🍷 There are also many great attractions and restaurants nearby, such as the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and Piazza Navona. Nearby restaurants such as DOC EnoBistrot - Cruderia & Cucina and Lume - Osteria Alle Scalette are also great, and you can enjoy the food and history of Rome here. 🍝🍕 Of course, the hotel has some minor drawbacks, such as slightly outdated facilities in the rooms, but this does not affect the overall experience. The warm family atmosphere and friendly service make these minor issues seem insignificant. 💕 Overall, Residenza Maritti is a great place to stay, whether you're traveling alone or with your family, you'll feel right at home.
