You have to stay at this affordable hotel when you visit Rizhao!

My full experience at Sheraton Rizhao Hotel It's peak tourist season in Shandong, and as one of the top hotels in Rizhao, the Sheraton is packed with guests. I arrived in Rizhao on a flight that landed after 8 am, and as I arrived at the hotel early, there were no rooms available for early check-in. I was only informed that an executive sea view room was available at around 11 am. The public areas and outdoor garden have a great atmosphere and are very pleasant. After dinner, it's nice to take a walk here to help digest your food. The room facilities are in line with the standard Sheraton decor and style of the past two years. I was pleasantly surprised to find a JBL Horizon2 speaker in the room, which has excellent sound quality and surround sound that fills the room. The room has a balcony, and you can close the screen door to keep out mosquitoes when you open the window. There is a mosquito repellent in the room, but it doesn't work very well. The minibar, perhaps due to the owner, only has Pure Water drinks, so there is very little choice. The same goes for the drinks in the executive lounge. The toiletries are the standard Sheraton brand, which smell nice and are very comforting. However, the toilet is not a smart toilet, and the hairdryer is not very good, as it takes a long time to dry short hair. The view from the balcony is beautiful, and during my stay, I was lucky enough to witness a couple's happy moment, and I wish them all the best. The hotel restaurants are all unique. The Chinese restaurant serves local and Cantonese cuisine, and the seafood is fresh and delicious, with excellent cooking skills. If the food is not to your taste, you can ask for it to be cooked again, which is a nice touch. The lobby bar has delicious drinks. The Korean restaurant's grilled pork jowl is highly recommended, as the meat is tender and cooked to perfection. The all-day dining restaurant serves breakfast and dinner buffets, which are of good quality. I didn't take any photos, but it can be a bit noisy during peak tourist season, and the same goes for the executive lounge. There is also a spa and gym. The gym is small but has a full range of equipment. The pool is mostly used by children playing, so it may not be the best place for a quiet swim. Overall, if you're just looking for a sea view, this hotel has everything you need. However, the noise from families traveling during peak tourist season may be uncomfortable for some guests, and you can see from some details that the owner is a bit frugal with some of the supplies. But if you're looking for a reliable hotel in Rizhao, the Sheraton Rizhao is a good choice.
