Hey, we just went to an Italian restaurant in Ringsheim called The Italian. Let me tell you… I was so impressed that I wanted to tell you about it. Because if you like authentic Italian food, you really shouldn’t miss it. 🍽️ Atmosphere The restaurant is not far from the Ringsheim train station. Or if you go to Europa-Park, you should be able to stop by easily. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very warm, like a small house with a real Italian owner who welcomes you with a smile. The staff are also lovely, friendly, not rushed, and feel very chill. The wooden tables are arranged neatly. Soft music in the classic Italian style helps create a great atmosphere. It is perfect for those who want to eat without rushing. 🍝 Food We ordered many things because we wanted to try everything. Starting with Spaghetti Carbonara, I must say it’s the real deal! No whipped cream like some restaurants like to do. The noodles are cooked just right. The egg yolk and cheese are mixed together and coated in a very soft and creamy texture. The cheese is fragrant but not too strong. Another dish that I highly recommend is the Pizza Prosciutto e Funghi. The dough is thin but crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, baked in a charcoal oven. There are a lot of pizza toppings, stretchy cheese, mushrooms, and quality ham. After eating, you can feel that you are paying attention to the details. When it comes to dessert, you can't miss Tiramisu. This dish is very good. The cream is light, melts in your mouth. The coffee used is fragrant, not too bitter. Sharing it still doesn't feel like it's enough. 😄 ☕ Drinks We also ordered an espresso. It's strong but not burnt. The coffee aroma is very good. After taking a sip after dessert, it's just right to end the meal. 💰 Price I think the price is very reasonable for such good quality food. The main menu is around 10-15 euros. The dessert and coffee are also in the middle price range. When you pay, you don't feel expensive.
