Review of Holiday Inn & Suites Rayong City Center

This review takes you on a tour of the Holiday Inn & Suites Rayong City Center. It includes limited photos of the rooms and facilities, but as always, our family focuses on breakfast, showcasing a variety of food options. Feel free to browse through the pictures at your leisure. Location: Situated in the heart of Rayong city, adjacent to Passion Rayong shopping mall, making it convenient for dining and shopping. Note that the hotel is not located by the sea and is quite a distance from it. Parking: During our stay, there was a seminar group, so we couldn't use the indoor parking. We parked in the outdoor area near the lobby, which is convenient for quick access but has limited spaces. Room: We booked a One-Bedroom Suite and requested the highest floor, which is the 27th floor, with a sea view. From the photos, you can see a distant view of the sea. The living room sofa is divided into two sections: a two-seater near the kitchenette and a large L-shaped sofa in front of the TV. Room Facilities: The mini kitchen is quite spacious, equipped with plates, cutlery, multiple glasses, a 6-cubic-foot refrigerator, and a microwave, allowing for light cooking. However, since the hotel is next to a mall, we opted to dine out instead. Glass bottled water is provided and can be requested as needed. Bathroom: The bathroom is divided into wet and dry areas, with a single sink and a fairly large bathtub that can accommodate one adult and two children under 8 years old. Bathroom amenities are fully stocked and can be replenished upon request. Swimming Pool: Located on the 29th floor, the pool area is very windy and lacks a heating system. Swimming for long periods might not be comfortable, so we preferred soaking in the warm bathtub in our room. The pool is usually not crowded due to the strong winds, but there are often groups of people sitting and chatting around the area. Note that the pool floor does not require a key card for access, so it might feel less private for guests. Fitness Center: Located on the 28th floor, we didn't visit it. The rooftop bar is on the 30th floor, and we noticed that there is live music on weekends, but we didn't check it out either. Service: The staff is attentive and responsive. Housekeeping service was quick, but during peak times with large groups, some delays might occur. Breakfast: Refer to the photos for details. During our visit, there was a Thai seminar group, so the breakfast spread was diverse, with fewer Chinese and international guests. What about you?
